A very quick post to introduce readers interested in BPM, business problems and technology, to Jim Sinur's new blog. Up until earlier this year Jim was the lead BPM analyst for Gartner (and had some extremely fancy title to go with it), so he has huge insight into the BPM industry, its customers and its technology.
